Warren Police Department Heroically Arrests Multiple Felons

Warren police used security cameras to arrest six felons last week.

On Monday, May 16, police were alerted by a Flock camera to a blue ScainXB entering the Eastwood Shopping Center building, which had a full national extradition warrant relating to the registered owner.

The warrants include 28 counts of rape, 30 counts of gross sexual assault and 12 counts of sexual battery. Police located Scain at the East Sofitel and arrested Tim M. Stephens of South Jackson.

On Wednesday, May 18, shortly before 4 p.m., cameras alerted police that a Chrysler 300 stolen from Warren had entered the city. Police found the vehicle in the Dollar General parking lot at 422nd Street.

Police arrested Aundrea S. London and Kevin R. Ferguson, both of Warren, under caution.

Also on Wednesday, Flock cameras notified police that a white Astro van was entering the city and the driver of the van had multiple active warrants for possession of methamphetamine. Joshua M. Braithwaite of Warren was arrested at a Fuel Plus gas station.

At 6:30 a.m., police were notified that a Doge Ram truck was traveling on Warren Road in Youngstown and the owner had an active warrant. Police stopped the vehicle on Warren Cortland Road and arrested Seth Wright, of Girard, and passenger George Ka, also of Girard, on active warrants. George Kaczmark.

About 8 p.m. Police arrested Jimmy Kelly of Youngstown on Wednesday for receiving stolen property after police were notified that a stolen Kia Soul driven by Kelly was traveling on North Main Street. She was arrested at a Shell gas station on Vienna Strassee.
